The Great Ocean Road

One weekend we went for a ride by the ocean.

All towns there are for the surfers.

-What’s for dinner?
-The one on the left. Or should we have both?

Iluka means “by the sea” in some native language.

Local jungle.

As soon as you step into the forest you can feel damp and chill. We thought it’s going to be a terrible cold night.

But it wasn’t that bad elsewhere.

Possum on the stub and very architectural plants.

Later on we saw a koala above the road.

Very expressive creature.

We have already been at this camp ground.

We walked a couple of kilometres towards the sea.

The beauty with earrings.

Laurius is making dinner.

Low tide. White line a bit further – the birds.

Next morning we continued our trip.

So true 🙂

The story behind this photo is this. My mother was taking a photo of us and didn’t see the wave coming, but we did

Luckily she was able to get away with dry feet.

Posing next to the twelve apostles.

There have been few shipwrecks on these shores.
